Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The team at Parkgate were able to negotiate a complex change in the medical coverage provided by my former employer. I am so glad I switched to this Pharmacy.

I have enjoyed meeting Brianna, the Beauty Consultant at Shoppers at North Road and Cameron. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. brianna has assisted me many many times with suggestions for beauty products, makeup, etc to ensure she is meeting my needs along with the best products as well.
She has assisted me countless times and made excellent recommendations based on my skincare routines and needs.

I have always been treated fairly in the pharmacy, drug coverage I was nor aware I had was used for prescription. I have to wait occasionally, but if I go outside of heavy traffic hours I'm OK.

Fantastic service. 5 minutes, we were at Costco but parking and waiting is not worth the hassle. Very competitive . Refills? they will fax the doctor and phone you when ready. Coved, Shingle shots no waiting. Brookeswood Pharmacy���highly recommend.

Not only is the pharmacist friendly but they’re able to actually go the extra step so if you’re not feeling well, they went ahead and booked an appointment for me and I was able to see the doctor whereas if I had to wait, it would’ve taken me a couple of days and I was able to see the doctor next day. The pharmacist and the physician support each other so when the physician is done with your consultation, the pharmacist picks up right where you left off for your medication. Highly recommended

This is my "Go To" grocery store. This is a great grocery store! Always stocked shelves and helpful staff. I have found the floral and deli departments to always be helpful and efficient. It is true, you must always phone the local store when sending flowers. I frequently send flowers long distance via Safeway, but always phone the local store during local business hours.

Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

Careboost at Hwy 10/132nd St, which just opened, have provided excellent service. They go above and beyond other pharmacies I've dealt with. They are prompt in following up if the prescription is not available, knowledgeable, listens to customers and very friendly. I went to this Dawson Pharmacy for the 3rd dose. When approached the store I was greeted by 2 cheerful staffs who were very polite and helpful. After telling the staffs of my intention, I was led to a room for my vaccine. It took about a few seconds and I actually felt nothing uncomfortable . The place was clean and well organized. I fully recommend for those who are taking the vaccine injection.
