I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

Excellent service, from both reception and Dr. Fletcher. Dr. Fletcher was flexible and worked with my schedule, understanding the urgency (I was in pain!). I felt a significant reduction in my pain after just one visit. Highly recommend!

I have been in physiotherapy for 6 yrs now. I have seen a few therapists and they are all outstanding! Very experience, trained, qualified, friendly, patient and understanding. I can even get acupuncture done as part of my appt. I have made great strides, especially with my stamina and balance. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
3 weeks ago I was still in wheelchair, 2 weeks just crutches, now no aids needed and I am back to work and driving again. Pain is almost gone.

Genuinely such a good doctor! Very fair prices, we’ve taken both our kitten and dog to Dr. S and both operations were seamless. Our dog had two eye malfunctions and required a biopsy. However, the recovery was smooth and we can’t believe the shape he’s in now! It was a risky surgery but we couldn’t have chosen a better vet.Sincerely the best Vet I’ve ever gone to.

I changed to this physiotherapy clinic after becoming dissatisfied with one in Ancaster. The other clinic had a preset program that they gave to every knee replacement patient regardless of age or condition. Whereas, this clinic (Krystal) listens to your issues and addresses them with specific exercises. I definitely recommend going here.

The staff are amazing and they are all worth every penny and more! Thanks to Scott I have been able to continue to do many of my activities after a back injury- which I was told by others was not possible. Hewitt at Computer Rehabilitation Services has been a great help to us over the past few years. We do all of our computer ordering through Hewitt for the Lucan Area Heritage and Donnelly Museum. Hewitt has always gotten us the best products for our Museum and if there is ever a technical issue he is there the same day or next day to assist us. He is very friendly and polite and provides exceptional service! 10/10 would recommend.
