Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

I have been taking my vehicle/s to Dave for a number of years. Mostly for regular maintenance (oil changes, tune ups etc), but have also required some out of warranty repair work. Never had any issues. The work gets done as quoted and he does a thorough job.

To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.
