Terrible to deal with this receptionist. never-ever cooperate. she doesn't know how to deal with poor customer. We booked an appointment but then also we had to wait for 1.5hr, as they said u will be called soon once the room is available. if we have to wait then why book appointment. Then after we got our turn, doc was in rush n he didn’t even discuss the blood reports properly and said I am running late, I have to go home. seriously? Absolutely Not recommend clinic. save yourself

Terrible-Terrible service, front desk did not accommodate whatsoever, she is very rude. She starts yelling at customer whenever anyone try to book appointment. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. I understand difficult clients but seriously? As I asked if she could speak to Dr. Sandhu as it was a special case, she hung up on me. Get new receptionists. It’s embarrassing. looks like his receptionist are under paid, that's why they behave in such a rude way.

Best doctor in Brampton. Contrary to what other reviews here say - he is attentive and caring. Never feel rushed. Come prepared with what you want answered, and he'll spend time explaining the issue using images/searches online. Highly recommended.

Not very attentive and caring

Doctor Sandhu doesn't seem like he's paying attention to his patient's problem. Patient is explaining and he is looking at his computer, and often starts responding before the patient completes his description. Always seems to be in a rush, and the patient feels like he/she is being ignored.
