My overall experience with this resturant is typically good, however when I had called closer to 11 pm the person who had taken my order on the phone was rude and sounded like she did not want to be there ( I dont blame her). As we came in to pick up our order the one waitress Caitlin was very rude and instead of taking our order just went around talking to people and gave rude looks. That made my friends as well as me feel very uncomfortable. I then called the manager Glen when I left who was another completey rude and incompetant person. I will never go there again
Went to The Feathery for the first time, Litte busy for mid afternoon satuday, Served by the manager Glen, said they were short staffed and would serve us personally. Very funny and knowledgeable.recommended our dishes and a great new beer. Katelan and Shirley were very helpful aswell. Everyone seemed eager to help out in busy times, event the chef was pouring drinks.
We will definity be back and recommend it to all our friends.

just a casual meeting with a friend...sat at the bar. The food was ok, but the waiter was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, actually, about a variety of topics-it was Trivia Night. He was very personable-his name was Matt. He suggested we try a certain kind of wine after we told him our tastes-his choice was the best. (What's he doing as a bartender???-a great guy!) We left very uplifted after a terrible day at the office! Maybe he should go into business!!!
great food! The service is awesome too! Bartenders are super friendly, and the service staff was on top of everything. I thought that my beer was cold, and without question the server exchanged it for another, even let me taste it before bringing a full pint.
